You are. Right now things are awful, and I feel so bad for you. I wish I could make things better in some way. I cried reading your posts, your loss, what you're going through... I can't even imagine.

You do still have a future, and I BELIEVE that there are years of happiness before you. Right now it's hard. It's unbelievably painful... but this too shall pass. You will never forget, and things might not be easy, but there is more out there for you. Good things. Wonderful things.

And PLEASE check with the hospital about reduced fees once your bill goes through insurance. I know most hospitals do have a reduced fee set-up, even for people with insurance, and it extends above poverty levels. My hospital offers assistance for people up to 150% above poverty level- I can usually get 60% off our ER bills. We also have the $200 co-pay and 20% co-pay for the ER, so I do know what you mean about how high it could be :( But check into it. It NEVER hurts to ask!

Try not to worry about it until you get the bill though, and go from there. Right now you just need to focus on HEALING. You have had a horrible week, and you have a lot of recovering to do.

My thoughts are with you (*hugs*)AnotherDreamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11487881766884178761noreply@blogger.com
